Dieses Haus kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen gewissen Anspruch an sein Urlaubsdomizil stellt. Es ist nicht nur hervorragend gelegen, sondern darüber hinaus sehr stilvoll und umfassend ausgestattet. Beispielsweise findet man hier auch eine gut sortierte Küche mit allen Utensilien und Gewürzen, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Haus und der Garten ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. In kurzer Zeit lassen sich etliche sehenswerte Orte erkunden, gleichzeitig kann man hier aber ungestört die Natur genießen und die französische Gastfreundschaft erleben (hilfsbereite und zuvorkommende Nachbarn, die dabei aber nicht aufdringlich sind).

Das praktisch neuwertige Haus mit reichhaltiger Ausstattung hat Alleinlage, von allen Fenstern bietet es Meerblick und ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Besonders der offene Kamin hat was, v.a. wenn es draußen noch frischelt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief unkompliziert. Das Ferienhaus Ti Splann ist daher insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Vor allem seit die Küchenfließen erneurt wurde schon allein wegen der Küche sehr zu empfehlen. Die Anlage des Gartens durch den Hausherrn selbst ist ebenfalls eine Augenweide und lädt zur Erholung ein bei angenehmen Plätschern des Wassers. Die Betten waren vor der Erneuerung wohl schon etwas im Gebrauch, wurden aber kürzlich erneuert. Die Nachbarschaft ist vom Dialekt her etwas schwer zu verstehen, die Kommunikation ist nach kurzer Eingewöhnung auch für norddeutsche Besucher kein Problem. Durch und durch ein seht angenehmer Aufenthalt.
