Stone house with approx. 60 m2 living space: 2 living rooms, kitchen, sun terrace with sea view, covered garden terrace, arbor. From the 3,000m garden and olive grove, one has a view of the island of Skiathos. 900 m to the beach and tavern. The house is completely furnished (dinnerware, bedding, towels, maps, games, literature and more).
