Year round home in quiet established neighborhood. Built and designed by a builder for his own retirement, set on a .68 acre treed lot for privacy, with a fenced back yard. There are no small rooms, and there is lots of storage. Why would anyone stay in a hotel when you could have a furnished home. It is so well located that you have easy access to all the major freeways. Available for a weekend, week, a month or longer. Ideal for people relocating to Columbus, here on business; or just wanting to explore the diverse city of Columbus.

Golf: As far as golf courses I am not a golfer myself so I checked online and within about 25 miles there are over 40 public and many more private such as Muirfield. When looking in the Columbus area you have to look at all the suburbs Grove City, Groveport, Hilliard, Johnstown, Dublin, Powell, Sunbury, West Jefferson, Reynoldsburg, Pickerington, Pataskala, Westerville, Gahanna, Johnstown, Canal Winchester, New Albany and Lancaster which should all be within 25 miles and you can go out from there. The ones I believe are the closest is Ohio State University 614-459-4653 1.8 miles. Arlington Town Center 614-450-3798 2.5 miles Wilson Road Golf 624-645-3221 5.4 miles, Ohio Golf Links 614-764-1322 4.5 miles, Raymond Memorial Golf Course 614-645-3276n5.6 miles, Little Bear is new 740 548 8532 7.9 miles, Wedgewood Golf 614-793-2600 7.1 miles, New Albany Links 614-855-8532 14 miles private that does allow the public, Tartan Fields new in 1998 614-792-0727 8.8 miles

Beautiful, clean, and welcoming, you will feel like you are at home! Judy has all the bases covered in this home away from home. The large yard was perfect for our dogs, so nice to be able to travel with them.

We loved our stay in this house! The home was so comfortable and clean and we looked forward to coming back after our days exploring Columbus and Dublin. All the rooms were huge and easily accomodated three adults and two children. We would definitely rent again.

At 48 years of age not a lot gives me comfort anymore, but peace and God certainly do the trick. This property, along with owner’s communication, exceeded my expectations. In other words I know both are God sends, because that’s just what you can expect, above and beyond the normal. Believe me when I say everything you need or want, is in the property, or very near by. From the time you step in the front door you will receive peace and comfort, need I say more, you have to experience this for yourself.

Fantastic Rental House!

We rented this house for a week and it was great! The set-up of the bedrooms and downstairs den area worked out well for two couples, one toddler, and our dog! The place was amazingly well-stocked with kitchen gear -- so much so that I was able to make scones. The fenced in yard was huge and perfect for our dog to run around in. We look forward to renting this house again next time we are in town.

We rented the house for a week- we had a great time!! The house is close to lots of shopping and downtown Columbus. Judy and Ron were great to rent from! Everything you need is at the house- so much nicer than being a hotel for a week!!Lots of room! We look forward to renting again in the future!!
