Fantastic Property!!

My friend and I usually take a vacation together once a year - no boyfriends - just us. We decided on South Beach and wondered if we could ever find a place to stay that we could afford....but we wanted it to be really nice. We found it!! This condo is on Ocean Dr. directly across from the beach. The property is clean, modern with very nice amenities. We bought some groceries and cooked breakfast most mornings - the appliances are all Bosch and very nice. The greatest plus is the gigantic private terrace that overlooks Ocean Dr. We spent many an evening there, sipping and talking. To get a great meal, just walk a few steps in any direction and you have your choice of seafood, Italian, or whatever your heart desires. The rooftop pool area is to die for. I can't say enough about this vacation condo. If you are looking for luxury at an affordable price this is the place. Send the check, sign the rental agreement, pick up the keys 2 doors down and you are in business.

Stayed here for two nights in October. Absolutely fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better location - across the street from the beach and less than one block from all the South Beach nightlife action. Incredible, huge, private balcony. Gorgeous, large rooms. Rooftop pool. And owner was great to deal with. Book it!

Long weekend in Miami

My friends and I stayed in this condo apartment in September 2009, the apartment we stayed in was amazing with our own private balcony and all mod cons, gym and swimming pool.

The apartment is ideally situated on Ocean Drive, 1 min walk to Miami beach and at the center of Miami beach night life and restaurants.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Miami.

Amazing condo!

My girlfriends and I rented 2 units in this buildng for a bachelorette party in July/August 2009. This unit is exactly as pictured here. Pictures do not do it justice, actually! The terrace was a definite highlight, as was the rooftop pool. The location is amazing - close to everything. And the beds -- oh so comfortable!!

The owner was pleasant, responsive and easy to work with. Same goes for the hotel staff (for picking up keys etc.). Would totally recommend this property and am planning to stay there on my return trip to South Beach!

7-24 to 7-27 Long Weekend in SoBe

Recently a few friends and I met in Miami for a weekend in the sun. After reviewing several options for hotels we decided the best bang for our buck was to look at rental condo's and this one was clearly the best option. The condo is located right next to the beach and directly next to many of SoBe's restaurants and bars. Even better, there is a CVS pharmacy a few blocks away along with a liquor store - meaning we didn't have to pack extra items like beach towels, cooler, etc.

As for the condo itself - it was immaculate, modern contemporary and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the rest of the condo was as well.

I would highly recommend this to anyone considering alternatives due to the price/value of this property.
