This newly renovated 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located on Manhattan's Upper Eastside neighborhood. The apartment has 3 full-size beds, 1 twin bed with a trundle, and 1 queen bed. 2 cribs are also available upon request. Every bedroom has its own air-conditioner to allow you and your guests to control their own temperature. The kitchen features service for up to 12 people and is ready for you and your guests to enjoy a nice home cooked breakfast before getting out and hitting the big city. The living room features a 50' HD TV connected to a state-of-art media center PC where you can check your e-mail, surf the web, or even talk to friends and family back home on Skype. High-speed wireless internet is also available should you wish to bring your own laptop computer. We are a 5-minute walk from the Metropolitan Museum of Art and Museum Mile as well as Central Park. A 5 minute walk to an express subway stop. And there are plenty of restaurants and bars to eat and drink.

Manhattan's Upper Eastside is bordered by the East River to the east and Central Park to the west. We are a 10 minute walk to Central Park and Museum Mile. Its a 5 minute walk to the 4|5|6 86th Street express-stop subway station which will get you to shopping on 5th Avenue in 5 minutes, Grand Central Station in less than 10 minutes, Union Square and Times Square in 15 minutes and the Financial District in 20 minutes. The neighborhood is filled with bars and restaurants to keep you and your guests well feed and entertained. The area is very family friendly and still maintains a young professional population. A supermarket is directly across the street and there is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs.

Although there aren't many units in New York to accommodate a large family, this unit was not well suited AT ALL! There was no dining area at all-kitchen very small, very little amenities in kitchen, a post in the"living room" that was so annoying, not many kitchen tools. Most disturbing is the fact it's over a very noisy bar and there was some wire apparatus that kept hitting the window all night. Think twice before you bite. I aired my concerns after our visit and all I got was "sorry".
