The house is as nice as the pictures, fantastic views. You don't have to be a billygoat to get to the dock and gazebo which are very nice also. The kitchen is furnished adequately for most of your needs. The huge deck affords additional dining and relaxing space. There are a couple of chairs that detract from the overall first impression but the beds are comfortable and plentiful. As it rained most of the time we were there we can't verify this but I suspect it could get very warm in the late summer afternoon as most of the west wall is glass. Worth the money.

Nice house, great location. The grill worked Fri, but not Sat. (out of propane?) The main level (kitchen level) never did cool down, very warm, it was 80+ outside. It would be nice to have a directory showing where the outside light switches are located. But still enjoyed!
Recommended for:  Age 55+
Owner's Response: Thanks for staying with us! The propane was filled the day before you arrived, if you left the tank on it would run out. If you call us then we replace it for you. Sorry we did not recieve any calls from you concerning the grill. Also the light switch directory is in the notebook that was on the kitchen counter, we also called you and told you where the switches were. The dock lights automatically come on when you pass by them, they are on auto remote...So please everyone check the notebook or the switches themselves. The temperature we had checked, the day before, please as per the note on the refirg just call us when that happens.. The note on the refirg basically lets everyone know what is going on in the home. Thanks again!
