Spacious, 1200 sq Ft apartment overlooking the ocean. Magnificent view and the surf sounds under your balcony and bed room. Ground level entrance. Swimming pool in the complex. Wideband Internet installed. The condo is in St-C complex. It is most suitable for long term stay for Hovensa, Coast Guard and Hospital staff on rotation. For each year of stay in this condo I offer one free vacation week in Sugar Beach Resort (Jan, Feb, March excluded) - for you or your friends and family.

I live in this condo currently, and absolutely love it. I am a travel nurse here in St Croix on a 3 month contract, and couldn't ask for a better place to live. The condo is only 8 minutes away from the hospital and is located on the nice and windy North Shore of the island. The views of Buck Island, St Thomas, St John and the BVI's are incredible! Going to sleep every night by the waves crashing is unbeatable, and the beaches are so close by. As a woman, I have always felt very safe and secure in the complex, and have met all of the neighbors who are all so nice. The appliances are the nicest Ive seen in a rental, the house well furnished and the furniture is comfortable- no cheap wicker in this place! You even have your own washer and dryer! I couldn't ask for a better place to live! The owner of the condo is so accomadating and pleasant; he really takes pride in his condo and wants people to enjoy it. I hate to give up this place in paradise, but I hope others are able to enjoy it as much as I have!
