Beautiful luxury home in Trafalgar Village, Kissimmee Florida. The home features 4 bedrooms. The king size bedroom has a master bath with a Jacuzzi tub and large shower. There is a queen bedroom and two bedrooms with two twin beds in each room. Cable TV in all bedrooms with a large screen TV in living room with VCR / DVD. There is a private patio which is screened in with a private heated pool and spa. The patio has seating for outside dining as well as lounge chairs. The home has an open floor plan so it has a very relaxed feel. The dining room seats 6. The counter area can seat 4. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer. This gated community offers a true resort style clubhouse with a movie theater, game room with pool tables. There is a large pool and patio overlooking a private beach. There is a volleyball set up on the beach. You can walk around the lakes and private wooded setting. All of this and so close to Disney and other attractions.

Our home is maintained to high standards so that you can enjoy your vacation worry free. There is close by shopping so you can get the supplies you need to enjoy your stay. There is a wonderful Target Store in the area which features a full supermarket inside. All of the appliances are in brand new condition. There is a washer / dryer, and dishwasher. The kitchen it has all the appliances that you will need to take care of your family and friends. There is no need to pack your hair dryer it is provided for you. Come and enjoy this beautiful upscale community, I am sure you and your family will create great memories.

Additional Information : Because we want to provide everyone with a great experience at our home please adhere to the rules of no smoking and no pets. Some of our family members and guests are allergic to both smoking and pets. There will be an extra charge of $500.00 to clean the home if the rule is not followed. So please make it a pleasant experience for everyone.

Deposit requirement: A non refundable two hundred fifty dollar deposit is required to secure the booking. Balance is due 8 weeks before arrival, together with a $250.00 refundable breakage fee. Breakage fee deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure.

We had a wonderful time at this house and really enjoyed our week stay here. The house was very clean and very nicely decorated. I loved the decor and we felt like everything was made perfect for our visit. It was a great house for my husband and our 2 children. They loved the bedrooms with Mickey and Minnie Mouse decor. The kids had so much fun in the pool and I felt safe with the enclosure around it so they could only enter when we were supervising. The hot tub was very relaxing and having our own pool and hot tub was much more private than a hotel. The kitchen was nice and the kids liked eating at the breakfast bar too. The house was in an easy location to get to Disney World and Sea World and any attraction. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to communicate with via mobile or text. The owner has also been great with e-mail and answering any questions too.Trafalgar Village was a nice community and the club house was great. We would love to go back as the only bad part was having to leave!

My family and i enjoyed the house.
Fun for all ages and close to most everything
great place to rest after horseback riding all day or a day at the parks.
This home was well well-maintained clean and we would like to stay again when in town again.

This home was beautiful! We have 3 young children and the thought of staying in a hotel room and riding Disney transportation every day was overwhelming! We found this home online and were not disapointed. The price was great and the home was amazing. In addition to being spotless it was equiped with all the necessitie; plenty of towels, soap and shampoo in every bathroom, extra toilet paper, and extra bed linens. Our kids loved the pool after we came home every evening and I loved that we could eat breakfast in everyday and dinner if we wanted! We typically chose rental homes over hotels and this was by far one of the best. we are hoping to take a trip back in 2 years when my youngest is 4 and we will be contacting Kevin to see if we can stay here again!

This is the first time we rented through homeaway website and had fair amount of questions/fears etc. The transaction with owner went very smooth and cordial. Honest and prompt guy. The property was just like it was described:clean, well-kept, better than any 3-4 star hotel ! Everything worked and all the required items were well stocked. Property is close to shopping centers and only 20-25 min from Disney/Seaworld attractions. The clubhouse was awesome, loved the swimming pool there. Make sure the owner pays his/her HOA dues to be able to use these facilities, otherwise on-site manager will not allow you in. This owner did, and we are were able to enjoy the facilities. All-in-all, great experience for us and kids. Also, the owner was prompt in sending the deposit refund. Thanks !
