Great place for your next trip to NYC !

Were there for 6 nights after the end of our Greenland-NYC cruiseship tour. Would highly recommend it to everyone who wants to explore the town. It is indeed a very nice place, convenient, clean, it met all our expectations. Free internet access is available and very helpful when planning your activities. Very close to all the famous sights and places to be, subway and busstops nearby, cabs always available. Many famous places within walking distance (e.g. Empire State Building, 5th Ave, Broadway, Times Square...) Just explore ! Nice Italian restaurant down the street, foodstores just around the corner as well as a large bookstore, loved it! Friendly and clean neighbourhood. Would definitely come back when in NYC again !

Highly recommended. Can't beat the location. Sleeps five comfortably and the small kitchen is perfect. Finding this property made our week long stay possible.

Can Hardly Wait To Come Back

This apartment was exactly what the Owner (Boge) described!. The apartment was very clean and Boge was extremely friendly and knowledgable. I loved the location as it was far enough away from the chaos of Times Square and yet close enough to walk to it (20 minutes). We often took a cab back after the day as we were so exhausted from all the sightseeing we did and it was between $7 - $10 (including tip) from Broadway at Times Square or Columbus Circle, back to the apartment. The Empire State Building was maybe 10 minutes away but I loved the fact that there were so many great restaurants, shops and a local grocery store right outside the building! We faced into the courtyard so noise wasn't an issue at all. Loved the fact that a computer is in the apartment for our use. I will definitely rent from Boge again!! Thanks for making my first time to New York such a memorable and pleasant experience!

We loved this apartment. It was close to everything. We were able to walk to mid-town and take taxis to Lower Manhattan and to other places easily. We were first-time visitors to New York and had a wonderful time and appreciated having this apartment to call home in New York. Could have used a softer pillow though. The property was clean and close sto restaurants and shopping.
