Located just outside of Evergreen,CO in Indian Hills,CO. Our home provides guests with 1st class accommodations while enjoying all Colorado has to offer. Conveniently located just 24 miles from downtown Denver, nine miles from Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 45 miles from Loveland Ski Resort, and 60 miles from Keystone Ski Resort. This retreat is nestled away on 45 beautiful acres with abundant wildlife and wonderful views. There is an open space mountain park located one mile from the home where you can enjoy numerous trails for mountain biking and hiking. While at home, enjoy the outdoor water fall and sports court that includes tennis, shuffleboard, and basketball. While inside enjoy the pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub. Bring all of your family and friends because our house comfortably sleeps 13.

Fahey Ranch in Denver Foothills, 45 private acres

We spent a week at the Fahey Ranch, it was fantastic.
The house was spacious and everyone had room to relax. The house was so clean, the beds were comfortable and we all had our own bathroom.

We cooked in the well stocked kitchen, it was great for our family to eat together. Just bring your own groceries all of the pots and pans are already there.

We all came to Colorado for our youngest daughter's wedding. Some family came from Californnia and we came from Illinois we all enjoyed being together in this beautiful home. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect, we all had a great time swimming. There was even a kiddie pool if you have little ones.

The house was very private and the views were breathtaking to wake up to each morning. We saw deer everyday around the home.

The guys played basketball on the sport court. Some of our family hiked each morning and we took in some sun on the outside deck and cought up on some reading.

The day of the wedding the bride and bridesmaids came out to get ready for the wedding. The master bath was so large 5 bridesmaids, the bride and 2 Moms got their hair and makeup done in this beautiful spacious bathroom.

The only thing we regret about our stay at this home was it was not long enough. We all voted that we would try to plan another trip and rent this gorgeous and most perfect home for our next family get together.

Our family had a blast here in May of '09. there was plenty to do and plenty of space to do it. highly recommend this place for up to 15 people.

Absolutely Fabulous Vacation House!

My family stayed in the Fahey home this past week, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The location can't be beat in terms of proximity to Denver and skiing, yet set on 45 beautiful private acres. With snowfall early in the week, the kids enjoyed sledding on the property and skiing in Loveland. The view of the snow-covered scenery from the living room and every bedroom was stunning. Later in the week, when temperatures rose, we enjoyed a round of golf at Evergreen Golf Course. Hiking on the property was great fun every day and often including elk-spotting. Best of all, was the fabulous and always-warm indoor pool and hot tub. The pool is huge, and we loved putting the net up to play water volleyball. The sport court was also fun for shuffleboard, tennis and basketball. Oh...and the beds were really comfortable, the home was very clean and the owners even provided us with a lovely fresh flower arrangement. Definately one of the nicest homes we've ever rented!
