The rental apartment is 162 m² big and has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a complete kitchen, a large, glassed terrace, living salon, satellite TV, telephone ,washing machine and valuable furniture. Bedding is included and new. All appliances are available. The apartment has been renovated. The apartment is heated and has air-conditioning. We renovated the bathrooms in November 2002 .For your car, you can rent our single garage. In 2004 we will renew the kitchen. From our house, a promenade goes straight to Benidorm. It is illuminated at night. You can walk from here to Benidorm for dancing in the night and also to go shopping in a couple of shops. Afterwards, you can take a bus or taxi and come back to La Cala.

Additional information about rental rates

  • Prices are valid for 6 people. Each additional person plus 10 % from November to October From 4 months up - 900 EUR, from 5 months up - 870 EUR. Surcharges: Final cleaning: 105 € with 4 persons, each person more the price for final- cleaning per person 10% up, telephone, air conditioning and electricity: kilowatt hour 0,18 EUR ,gas cylinder and electric is not included in the winter price. Garage per day 6 €. Minimum booking one week. Less than one week you have to pay the daily price of 130 €. Air conditioning in the three bedrooms and sitting room. In the summertime the cost for the electricity is to be paid by the tenant, if he likes to use it. The cost for the bed linen / tea towels/ towels is per person/set/change 12 €. The contract must be sent back within 7 days after signing, the payment must be done within 14 days with 40 % of the rent. If the lodger doesn't fill the terms of the contract, the lessor can cancel the contract and the lodger must fully compensate for the damage.
  • One small animal is allowed, the cost is 15 € per week /month .For complete monthly bookings from May to October there is a discount of 15 %. With rentals of less than one week, the daily price of August is to be paid. Arrival: not before 6 p.m., departure: till 10 a.m. Other arrangements are available with the owner. With one small animal the price for the final cleaning is 30 € higher for the whole period. With booking of a full month 15 % debit of the day price, beginning on the 1st of May until 31. October. Hint: If the lodger doesn't pay the rental rate within 4 weeks after signing the contract, the owner can dispose again of this apartment. The lodger must be liable to pay for the rent, if the owner can not rent this apartment again; the total loss is to be paid by the lodger. One price-reduction excludes the other. If you book during Nov. till April the cheaper winter price, you must know that these prices are only for a full month. Otherwise you have to pay for the day price.
  • Our apartment is at the Poniente beach, this is the west side. Benidorm is protected and covered by a colossal mountain range, collectively known as the Sierra de Aitanna. This acts as a fabulous weather barrier, pushing storms inland or back out to sea. The average mild annual temperature of 21 ° makes it a popular and active resort that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. There is certainly something for everyone, from every social class, age group and cultural background. Theme Park, Terra Natura Animal Park , Aqualandia Water Park , Mundamar Dolphin Park , the Bullring . Benidorm Palace International Variety Show and a Casino. The island of Benidorm is definitely worth a visit .Go just over a mile out to sea on a sub-aqua boat where the underwater sea life is visible. There is a café on the island for refreshments and it is a natural haven for peacocks, hens and very rare Mediterranean yellow-legged gull,very interesting for all you 'twitches'!

Further Details: Benidorm is one of the warmest regions in Europe. We have the Terra Mitica Park nearby. If you like you can drive with the Limon Express from Benidorm to Gata de Gorgos. It's very lovely and interesting. You can pay a visit to Benidorm Palace. Here you will see a very good Night Show. Bookings with diner are possible. If you like to make an excursion to the island, please go to Benidorm harbour. Here you can book a voyage. In the evening, you can walk to Benidorm over the illuminated promenade. In Levante beach you will find many restaurants, discos and dancing bars.

Surroundings: Benidorm takes its name from the Arabic of 'Bendahrim',being named after the family who initially colonised the cities of Valencia in the north and Alicante in the south , it is in the province of Valencia , in the region known as ' La Costa Blanca ' and based on the administrative capital of Marina Baixa . Benidorm starts in the year 1953 as international tourist town.

Golf: 'Non - Smoking - Apartment'. For your convenience , we have designated this apartment as a non - smoking apartment. We appreciate your cooperation to keep this apartment smoke - free. Thank you for your help and please enjoy your stay with us. If you are a Golf Freak, we can offer now a Golf-Court in Benidorm open in 2006. The location is nearby Terra Mitica Parc and the Court has 18 holes. The Court is only 3 km far from our house and he has a lot of parking places. It is not difficult to find this place, please follow the description Terra Mitica Park.

Unseren zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt in dieser großzügigen, top ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Wohnung haben wir mal wieder sehr genossen und so haben wir verständlicherweise direkt für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht. Die Aussicht auf den sehr gepflegten und breiten Strand, auf das Meer und die Pfaueninsel ist traumhaft. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter und sein Team war klasse.

Sehr sauberes, gepflegtes, perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung. Das Benidorm Team bringt eine tolle Leistung und sind immer hilfsbereit.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden und würde jederzeit wieder ein Appartment dieses Vermieters mieten.

Absolute Traumlage!

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und befindet sich in traumhafter Lage: So haben wir die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse verbracht mit fantastischem Panorama-Blick auf den Strand, der selbst in der Hochsaison nicht überfüllt ist. Gleich neben dem Haus gibt's eine sympathische Tapas-Bar; gute Restaurants sind weiter weg, aber zu Fuss oder mit Ortsbus erreichbar. Leider entspricht die Grösse der Garage nicht derjenigen der Wohnung: nur für Kleinwagen passend! Freie Parkplätze hat es tagsüber wenige - dafür kann man von der Terrasse aus beobachten, wann etwas frei wird... Aber das Haus selber und die Lage sind absolut traumhaft!

In dieser schönen, weiträumigen und sauberen Wohnung , noch dazu in einer traumhaften Lage direkt am Cala-Strand, kann man sich wirklich wohlfühlen und den Urlaub voll genießen.
