With the Guadalupe river at the back door, a beautiful pool with waterfall at the front door, in DOWNTOWN GRUENE this condo is truly unique. This top floor 'ARTastic' condo at The Village At Gruene is located at the far end, so you'll enjoy more privacy as well as a wonderful view. This unit has 3 bedrooms---one king size bed, 4 twin size beds, 4 extra deep air mattresses, 8 foot couch & 1 love seat that could sleep a child. There are 2 full bathrooms each with a tub and shower, plus hairdryers, and Bath and Body soaps, shampoos, lotions, and plenty of soft towels. The kitchen has granite counter tops, all major as well as small appliances and a complimentary bottle of wonderful, quality wine. And, for those who care, we have 600 thread count, 100% Egyptian Cotton sheets for your sleeping comfort !! We also have large wooden rockers on the balcony.
