The amenities include 1 Queen size bed in a bright bedroom which leads to a private patio, a spacious living room with pull out queen sofa bed, kitchenette (microwave, sink and refrigerator), beautifully tiled bathroom with shower, central air, cable, private parking and entrance. You can walk or bike to the village of Sag Harbor or the bay beach. Ocean beaches are just minutes away!

A Cozy Place To Stay

John and Helen greeted us very warmly upon our arrival. The apartment was very clean, very new looking and very comfortable. It was perfect for the 4 of us, 2 in the bedroom and 2 on the sofabed and the little private porch area in the back was great to go outside and get some air. The apartment is attached to their very lovely home on their sprawling property and is about 5 mins to town, which has many restaurants and shops. Overall, this property was great to stay at and I highly recommended it to anyone visiting Sag Harbor or the surrounding areas.

The apartment was very clean, brand new - situated next door to a lovely home. it featured a kitchenette with a mini fridge, silverware, coffee maker etc
the bedroom and living room, bathroom were lovely, bright, airy, clean. the family was very nice.
the house is close to town - you don't "need" a car, but it definitely helps to get to the beaches etc
we would stay here again.
