The Villa is located in the Clear Creek estate, Clermont, FL, a quiet neighborhood of similar homes with mixture of private residents and holiday lets. It is 1 mile north of the intersection of Hwy 192 and US 27, and about 8 miles west of the Disney complex. It is also very conveniently located to Interstate 4 that leads either to Tampa or Orlando. There is a Super Walmart, which opens 24x7, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Post Office, hairdressers, pizza shop (with home delivery) and many more just outside of the Villa residential complex.

Excellent house for a family vacation

We're a family from Venezuela and stayed in this house for 10 days in later July, and this was our first experience of renting villa. Right from beginning Penny and Eric gave us all the helps and we settled down without any problem. The house has everything we needed, it was very clean and nicely furnished, and it is very close to the shopping. The kids liked the pool very much, the whole family were really happy.

We'll definitely come back again and would also recommend my friends to stay at this house if they come to disney world.

Great Villa to Stay!

My family and I stayed at the Villa for a 5 days,and we had a great time.The Villa is very nice,clean and comfortable.The furnishing was perfect for every room.We really enjoy pool.The locations was perfect.Close to all major Disney attraction ,Wallmart, gas station We recommend staying here. A Villa that feels like your Home

We stay for two weeks at this Villa, it is everything that is describe in pictures and information and more. We were a family of eight and had more than enough room, the accomodation from the bedrooms to dining and cooking where great, clean, massive furniture, the swimming pool was nice to have outside the patio doors, where the children were able to swim at their leisure and still be watched. There were no real issue that arose, but Eric and Penny contacted us to make sure everything was going well. They were MOST gracious in making sure our vacation went well. This was our first time in renting and was concern about doing so. But not anymore, especially with Eric. We own at Orange Lake Country Club (Timeshare) in Kissimmee, and I like this Villa better. Quiet, more room, we felt like we were in our own home
