Ski-alpin at Bischofswiesen-Goetschen (14km distance), on friday nightskiing; Ramsau-Hochschwarzeck (17km), Berchtesgaden-Jenner (25km), Berchtesgaden-Rossfeld (25km), Unken-Heutal (20km), Lofer-Loferer Alm (30km)(no vignette). Cross-country at all aforesaid ski-areas and directly at Marzoll, at Bayer.Gmain (5km distance). Further more sledding, curling, skating, winter-hiking and ski rentals.

Our stay at guest house Scheil

We stayed for a week at guesthouse Scheil with our three kids, three dogs, and my elderly mom. What a beautiful location!! Our kids loved all the stuff the Scheil's had for them to play with (trampoline, bikes, ping-pong, etc) after a long day of sightseeing. Salzburg is only 20 minutes away. Berchtesgaden is only 25 minutes away. Within our week stay we saw Salzburg, Berchtesgaden, Konigssee, Salzbergwerk (salt mines), Predigtstuhl, Schloss Hohenschwangau, Schloss Neuschwanstein (Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Castle), Almbachklamm, Bad Reichenhall, and Munich. And each day we came home to a great apartment with a porch that looked at the Alps. The Scheil’s were very nice people.
Recommended for:  Pet-friendly, Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Liebe Familie Scheil, vielen Dank für eine schöne Woche Winterurlaub. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Liebe Grüße Familie Deutsch aus Vogelgesang. ** Ihr Haus voller Gastfreundschaft und der ein oder andere Tipp waren für uns 'Nordis' in Bayern ein super Hit! Am Abend dann im Garten noch ein gemütliches Bier, das tranken wir sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier. Alles Gute und viele nette Gäste wünschen Olaf und Anja Busse mit Alisa Selina aus Eutin ** Es hat uns sehr gut bei Euch gefallen. Wir möchten gar nicht mehr weg von hier. Aber unser größter Hit war die Kati und der Maxi. Bis bald Cäcilia und Albert Ekhart, Göppingen ** Ein herzliches Dankeschön, dass man sich bei Euch wie zu Hause fühlen darf.
