Southern Palm is a townhome located within the gated community of Truman Annex in Key West's Old Town area. The Master Bedroom has Queen Bed and private balcony. The Guest Bedroom has two single beds that can be combined into one King Bed and also has its own private balcony. The newly remodeled kitchen, together with a breakfast bar, dining area, ½ bath and spacious living room, complete with a sleeper sofa, opens to a patio that is the highlight of this home. The large rear patio which is beautifully landscaped and is the ideal spot to for that morning cup of coffee. This home has all new furniture and also includes TVs, DVD Players, washer/dryer, pots & pans, towels & linens, central air conditioning, parking, and access to the Associations pool. While staying here, you will have walking access to Duval Street (2 blocks) for dining and entertainment, Mallory Square (5 blocks)
