OCEAN VIEW, BAY VIEW**ON THE WATER** The waters of the Hawaiian Islands' largest bay, Kaneohe Bay, come into the back yard of the White Ginger. The soaring Ko'olau Mountains frame the bay. Enjoy 1500 sq. ft. of living space & a full 180-degree view of the water and mountains from the lanai, living room and master bedroom. KAILUA BEACH, a 3-mile long, white sand beach on Oahu's east coast is just a 7 min. drive from the house. Great for swimmers of all ages. Use our coolers, chairs, boogie boards. KAYAK, swim, snorkel and fish in the warm waters of the sparkling sea which comes into our lush tropical back yard. Paddle out to Coconut Island where the t.v. show, Gilligan's Island was filmed. The bay is only knee to waist deep around the shoreline. TRANQUILITY Awaken to the cooing of the doves and the wind rustling through the coconut palm trees and bamboo. Relax in the quiet and serenity that only nature can provide.

KANEOHE BAY is the Hawaiian Islands' largest bay. It is framed by the soaring Ko'olau Mountains where Jurassic Park was filmed. KAILUA BEACH, a 3-mile long white sand beach is on the same street as the house-a seven minute drive. It is a great beach for swimming, kayaking, wind surfing and kite surfing. It is also a great beach for walking. Enjoy the early morning sunrise, or the full moon rising over the horizon. Also, some of the best gold in the country is 10 minutes by car from the house. There is more than you can see and do, even in a month!

WATERFRONT: Kayak, swim, snorkel and fish from our back yard. Enjoy a full 180-degree view of the water and the soaring Ko'olau Mountains. Kayak out to Coconut Island where the t.v. show, Gilligan's Island was filmed. The water around the shoreline is only knee to waist deep and you can see the ocean floor and all of the sea life. Enjoy early morning sunrises and spectacular sunsets over the mountains. the photos you see on this site were taken from the home's lanais and from the back yard of the house.

BEACHES: KAILUA BEACH, the country's best beach, is ust a 7 minute drive from the house. This is a 3-mile long, white sand beach that is great for swimming, kayaking, boogie boarding, wind surfing and kite surfing. Enjoy an early morning stroll to watch the sunrise or an evening stroll to see the moon rise over the horizon.

TRANQUILITY: Awaken to the cooing of doves and the rustle of the wind in the coconut palms and the bamboo grove. Relax on the lanai and enjoy the serenity that nature provides. Located near 3 major 'highways' makes the airport, Pearl Harbor, Honolulu and Waikiki just a 20-25 minute drive from the house.

From the moment my family and I arrived at this home (we stayed in the Bamboo Suite) we had nothing short of a perfect vacation. The accomadations were better then discribed, Harriet and David were so wonderful and helpful, and I think it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed on any vacation. I recomend it highly, and plane on returning in the near future..5 star all the way!!
