This is a very comfortable new villa in a beautifully landscaped new development -- ideally suited to a quiet, relaxing vacation. As well as your own private, electrically-heated swimming pool, you have the use of a large community pool (heated), tennis courts, a volleyball court, and a kids' play area. We are only 20 minutes from all the best Gulf Coast beaches including Anna Maria, Longboat, and Siesta Key. Our vacation home is conveniently located just five minutes off the I75 in a quiet residential development in the city of Bradenton. It is 20 minutes from Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key, and 15 minutes from Sarasota (and International Airport) and Siesta Key. Tampa and Busch Gardens are 40 minutes north on the I75, while Disney World is a 90-minute drive. Our fully-equipped family vacation home has a screened pool and patio area. Electric pool heating is available (if required) for the additional cost.

This recently constructed (completed March 2000) three-bedroom/two-bath villa offers a master bedroom en-suite, and sleeps six (or eight using a sofa-bed). The home is fully air-conditioned and offers quality furnishings, bedding, utensils, and all the usual appliances including a TV, VCR, dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, washing machine and dryer. There is a private garden backing onto a lake and small nature reserve. Sarasota/Bradenton International Airport is just 30 minutes away; Tampa International is 40 minutes; Orlando Airports are two hours; Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 40 minutes; Disney World is 90 minutes; the Gulf Coast Beaches -- where you can arrange boating hires and fishing cruises -- are 20 to 30 minutes away; Ellenton Outlet Mall is ten minutes; and St Armands Circle, Sarasota is 30 minutes. Plus innumerable small attractions and golfing are nearby.

This was a beautiful home. We have stayed in others but none as neat and clean! There were ample towels and bedding. No need to bring extra. It was open and airy and just fresh. You just wanted to stay there instead of going away. Beautiful ,cleanpool and patio. Nice sized bedrooms. I would definetly stay there again! Highly recommended. But , don't take our date, we want it!!!!
