The ocean view guest house is also available for rent which has two bedrooms/two bathrooms and sleeps seven with a qn, bunks and one and a fold-out couch. There is a large ocean view balcony for enjoying sun and fun! There is a full ocean view kitchen and dining area as well with ample convenient parking. There are washers and dryers in both units.
The property is quiet and is very close to the water. It is next door to a market, a gym, a nail salon and a French cafe. There are many additional amenities too numerous to mention. Main beach is a short walk with Laguna's fine restaurants, art galleries, movie theater, shops and Pageant of the Masters and the Sawdust Festival. At the end of the street there are walking paths and trails that meander along Laguna's prettiest beaches and coves. Enjoy all this without driving if you desire.

Eco Friendly and Green Home:
Our home is enviromentally friendly and eco conscious. During the remodel, we used top of the line energy efficient appliances and low or no VOC paints. There are original hardwood floors for those prone to allergies. There is a water filtration system on the entire property that removes chemicals and contaminants from the household water. We have recycling both on the property and for trash pick up. We use entirely organic cleaning supplies. You can leave your car in the driveway and walk to a number of entertainment locations, restaurants, bars and shops. In fact, you can enjoy most of what Laguna Beach has to offer without ever setting foot in a car. There is also a public transporation system in downtown Laguna Beach with a stop at the end of our street. Also, we have a great garden with fresh flowers for cutting, fruit trees (grapefruit, tangerines, lemons) and blueberry bushes as well as herbs like sage, rosemary, thyme, mint, basil, and others.

Villa Sul Mare is a unique property both in it's location near the beach, on the street to allow for exceptional Catalina views and the property itself which has every possible amenity. The house is wired for speaker sound, have a tranquil garden and private patio, a huge hammock for relaxing, plasma tvs, a wonderful stereo system wireless internet, a complete adult and children's library, DVD collection. In addition, there is amazing art, unique furniture, high quality beds, etc. It is not your typical vacation rental, but a very loved home where every detail has been attended too. The kitchen is completely remodeled with skylights, a professional gas range, handmade custom cabinets, imported Italian marble countertops, a one of a kind marble sink. There is an Italian fresco in one of the bedrooms, a stone fireplace shipped from Italy and dishes carried from Italy. It's the perfect spa like retreat for a couple celebrating their anniversary, a romantic family event.
