This good maintained accommodation is located only 700 m to the beach and suites for 2 or 3 families. It has two flats under the same roof and an enclosed property. It is a rural location at the hamlet Le Biot, community of St. Cast Le Guildo at Cape Frehel. The large court with pebbles and lawn is playground and car parking. A second outside dining area with garden furniture is in the opposite vegetable garden just at the left side behind the parking. A wooden gate with remote control secures the entrance from the local drive. This flat occupies the middle of the Longere. The spacious ground floor is divided into the living at the open fireplace, the dining area seats 8 persons and the open kitchen, which is separated by a bar. An open wooden staircase leads to three bedrooms at the attic, a shower and a separate WC. The fourth bedroom at the rear of the ground floor has its own bathroom and separate WC. You share the large enclosed property with the tenants of the small flat. The outside dining area can be set all on the pebbles or the lawn under the apple tree. The cars park perfectly on the pebbles. The owner's son occupies the flat with the large glass doors and has his separate entrance at the side.
