Photos and Description of this Playa Cofresi holiday villa 7BR Oceanview Vacation Rental Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic

This is a spacious, fully furnished two-story villa located in a peaceful and secluded area. The house is backed by mountains, and surrounded by lush vegetation with a panoramic view of the ocean from two front porches. With seven bedrooms, four baths, two dining rooms and two kitchens, it's an ideal vacation rental for large groups of friends or big families. The entire property is walled in for additional privacy and security. The beautiful beach of Cofresi is only a short walk down a country road. Rosa, our full-time maid and cook will pamper you from the moment you arrive. In addition to making the beds and keeping the villa clean, she will prepare your meals, do the dishes and wash your clothes. Moreno, her helper, assists Rosa and maintains the grounds and the swimming pool. Gabino, our Spanish/English speaking manager, will be at your disposal to answer questions, arrange for transportation to the airport, restaurants, sight seeing excursions, etc.

Great Family/Group Vacation

We just returned from an 8 day stay at Costa Verde and had a fabulous time. As we were a family group of 15 this was the perfect place. With 2 suites and 7 bedrooms the only time we felt crowded was at mealtimes and no one really objected, especially when you could eat on the balcony with a picture postcard view of the ocean. The location was great, less than 2 minutes from the beach and only a 10 minute bus ride to Puerto Plata. Having a private home with cook, housekeeper and grounds keeper taking such great care of us was more than we had bargained for. Rosa, Jacqueline and Murano took fabulous care of us and the only thing wanting were perhaps a few more beach towels. Rosa is an awesome cook and she and Jacqueline kept the place spotless. The pool in the backyard may be small but with several children it was perfect for evening entertainment. As with most Caribbean locations there was quite a bit of construction around us, however did not inconvenience us too much other than a couple early mornings. All in all I would definitely recommend Villa Costa Verde.
