Literally steps to the ocean, the large pool and the tiki hut. Residence has new furnishings, new stove, microwave, toaster and refrigerator. Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, glasses, plates, pots and pans. Cable TV with tape and DVD player. Some DVD's and books are furnished. Air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Linen and towels furnished as well as beach towels and beach chairs. Pillow top queen Murphy bed and queen sleeper couch.
