Looking for spectacular sunsets, shelling, world-class fishing, bird-watching, nature walks, or just plain relaxing? If so, this is your island paradise! Located on the southwest coast of Florida just north of Boca Grande, Little Gasparilla Island has seven miles of pristine, white, sandy beaches, untouched by hotels, restaurants, shops, cars, and crowds. The only sounds you'll hear are those of pelicans, sea gulls, the wind, and the surf. Little Gasparilla Island is about one hour from Ft. Myers and Sarasota, and 90 minutes from Tampa. Our seven-year-old home is located 150 yards/meters from the Gulf and the Bay. It has all the comforts of home, including a recently added whole-house, reverse-osmosis water system. Considering that most island homes have well water high in iron with sporadic salt-water intrusion, this system will help make your stay more comfortable. The home has three bedrooms,one of them is a loft that can sleep four-plus, and two full bathrooms.
