The house Archontiko was built in 1998 and is located in an 8 Ha. olive grove, surrounded by typical Greek fishing towns. The style of the house fits in well with the surroundings. The house has three roomy, family-friendly apartments (2 x 120 m2, 1 x 80 m2), furnished with solid modern wood furniture, heated marble floors, balcony or terrace. One has a view of the sea and the lovely landscape from the 22 m2 balcony. Located approximately 50 m from here is the Exochiko holiday home (50 m2) with living room/kitchen, double bedroom, single bedroom and bathroom. All apartments have their own entrance.

- advantages : house very functional and well maintained, active local manager, large and beautiful garden, very interesting value
- disadvantages : found some problems for booking, some problems to speak english
