Our house is located in a beautiful, clean and peaceful neighbourhood. The property is 1300 m² and completely fenced in. On the first and second floor of the house you can enjoy the unforgettable view of the ocean from both terraces. It is about 3 km to the beach. Playa d'Aro has also much to offer out of the season and it is a well-known and popular travelling area on the Costa Brava (wild coast). Even in winter the temperature is still between 19 – 21 degrees (Celsius). A well-known attraction is the water park with the waterslides. The Magic Park is, a grand experience for young and old. Platja d `Aro is only 100 km to Barcelona or to France 80 km. The best golf course of Spain is the one in Platja d `Aro.

We have spent our spring holiday for the last 6 years at this property, and have found it to be very clean, comfortable and in a peaceful situation. The house is well-maintained, with many new features over the years, including a dish washer and digital TV set. The views from both the balconies - the Mediterranean to the south and the mountains to the north - are stunning, Garden furniture is provided for outdoor eating on the patio and for relaxing on the balcony.

The road down into the town is narrow and winding, and care is needed when driving, but the promenade, shops and restaurants are first class. The neighbouring towns of s'Agaro, Palamos and Tamariu are well worth a visit, as is the market in Playa d'Aro on Friday mornings.

The owner is most helpful when bookings are made, and we have no hesitation in recommending the house for a great holiday in the spring and early summer sunshine.

Ende letzten Jahres haben wir in Ihrem gemütlichen Ferienhaus zwei herrliche Wochen verbringen dürfen. Vor allem gefällt uns die schöne Lage, der große, gepflegte Garten und die gemütliche, neue Einrichtung. In Ihrem Wintergarten haben wir viele gemütliche Abende verbracht, einige mit einem Buch aus Ihrer gut sortierten Ferienbibliothek im flackernden Schein des Schwedenofens. Besonders angenehm ist die Tatsache, dass Wohnen und Schlafen auf zwei verschiedenen Ebenen möglich ist. So konnten unsere Kinder friedlich schlummern, während wir noch deutsches Fernsehen schauten. Man fühlt sich dann gleich wie zuhause. Ganz wichtig für uns waren die guten Matratzen. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen und das schöne Haus weiterempfehlen. Es hat wirklich 5 Sterne verdient, denn alles war perfekt. Von der Buchung bis zu unserer Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Die Betreuung vorort haben wir nicht benötigt, denn es gab keinerlei Mängel.

Wir haben zwei schöne Wochen im März in dem Haus verbracht.
Die Ausstattung ist gut bis sehr gut, Information durch den vermieter sehr gut. Das Haus steht auf einem sehr schönen, großen Grundstück.

Die FeWo-Direkt Beschreibung ist etwas missverständlich: Es gibt genau zwei Doppelbetten, die in der ersten Etage stehen. Ein Zimmer ist abgetrennt, das andere Zimmer ist offen zur Treppe in den Wohnraum.
