The house, built in 1998, is divided up into 4-star apartments. The apartment is 50 m2, located in a first-class area and have a combined living room bedroom, extra bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, satellite TV, telephone and a balcony or terrace. The restaurant 'Am Kurpark' is located in the house as well as a sauna, solarium, fitness room, billiard table, bowling (skittles) lanes, coin operated washer and dryer.'

Die Betreuung von Buchung bis zur Schlüsselabgabe war sehr freundlich, nett und kompetent. Vom Haus waren wir begeistert, alles stimmte mit der Beschreibung im Internet überein. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren im PReis inklusive. Der kurze Weg ans Meer war fantastisch, so konnte auch unser 78-jährige Mutter den Meerblick genießen! Wir danken Ihnen für diese tollen Rahmenbedingungen und werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Vom Hotel war es nur ein kurzer Weg zum Badestarnd an der Ostsee, ebenfalls hatte man ausgezeichnete Wanderwege in der Umgebung.
Leider war das gebuchte Frühstück nicht seinen Preis wert, das es sehr einseitig war, und es nur Apfelsaft und Rührei bzw. O-Saft und Spiegeleier gab. Alle anderen Sachen wie Wurst, Eiersalat, Käse, Marmelade, war immer das selbe ohne jeglichen Wechsel. 8 Tage "Frühstücks langeweile".
Die FeWohnung war einfach eingerichtet, sehr kleiner TV für den Wohnraum, im Bad war leider Schimmel sichtbar.
Alle angebotenen Freizeiteinrichtungen waren nur gegen zusätzliche Gebühr buchbar, was leider nicht in der Beschreibung steht.
Kann das Haus Usedom leider nicht weiter empfehlen.
