Direct oceanfront beach house offering over 112 feet of ocean frontage. White picket fenced yard with lush green grass and coconut palm trees make this home ideal for the guests that want to bring along the family pet. The main living area is on the second level which showcases fourteen feet of glass doors with a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean! This level offers hardwood floors, tongue and groove wood walls and a split bedroom floor plan. The kitchen is open and inviting and nicely appointed with white appliances (including an under the counter ice maker) and granite counter tops. The third bedroom is a loft, accessed by a spiral staircase. The first level offers a queen size fourth bedroom/home office with hi-speed internet/game room with pool table plus laundry room and garage. This is a very unique old Florida style neighborhood with sandy roads, lush tropical foliage and the convenience of being only fifteen homes north of the Vero Beach Disney Resort.

Our home is fifteen homes north of the Vero Beach Disney Resort, which is open to the public for your dining pleasure. We are five blocks north of State Road 510 and A1A and just seven miles south of the Sebastian Inlet.

The third bedroom is a loft with a queen size bed and decorated in a more tradional manor with Ethan Allen furnishings and beautiful plush new carpet, a sitting area with a sofa and coffee table, 26' HDTV, ceiling fan and a single closet. The fourth bedroom is on the first level and features a queen size bed, 60' large screen TV, ceiling fan and ceramic tile floors. Also on this level is the game room, home office and laundry room and this level can be made completely private from the rest of the house by closing shuttle doors that lead downstairs.
