Our 55 m2 holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor in a sunny quiet location. It is tastefully and completely furnished. It has a large living room/ bedroom with a dining nook and a southern balcony as well as a separate kitchen. There is plenty of space for 4 people.

Farchant (700 meters above sea level) is located 3 km from Garmisch-Partenkirchen in the lovely Loisachtal Valley, framed by the Wetterstein mountains with the Zugspitze, Ester and Ammer mountains. Colorful folklore as well as the broad range of activities offer something for everyone, winter and summer. Local destinations such as Ettal Cloister, Oberammergau, Wieskirche, Schloß Linderhof, Neuschwanstein, Mittenwald, Innsbruck or Munich can be reached in just a few minutes.

There are a total of 54 mountain trains and lifts including the Zugspitz glacier railway and the Zugspitz geared wheel railway. 109 km of runs at 4 different altitudes (starting at 2,830 m) offer all grades of difficulty including Super G and FIS slopes. Also ideal for snow boarders. There are alternatives for everyone, including 150 km of cross-country trails and ski tour routes, sledding, curling and skating.

Sehr geehrte Fam. Eckhardt, mit großem Dank durften wir das 40. Jubiläum der Anwesenheit in Farchant feiern. Dabei hatte der Aufenthalt in Ihrer schönen Wohnung einen großen Anteil. Es bedanken sich Fam. Horst Dönitz, Dortmund ** Liebe Fam. Eckhardt, wir haben uns in Farchant in Ihrer Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten Ruhe, sind gewandert und haben uns in der sehr gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung gefühlt wie zu Hause. Danke dafür. Wir werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen. Bis dahin grüßen ganz herzlich Martina, Ingo + Jannik Hollmann, Lahnau ** Leider sind die schönen Tage hier im Zugspitzland und in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung schon vorbei. Wir werden uns aber noch lange daran erinnern, wie wohl wir uns hier gefühlt haben. Wir brauchen im Urlaub wirkliche Erholung! Das konnten wir in dieser Wohnung genauso wie in der herrlichen Landschaft hier. Wir wünschen uns, dass dies noch nicht der letzte Urlaub in Farchant und dieser Wohnung war. Schöne,gepflegte und mit Allem ausgestettete FeWo. Wunderschöner Ort außerhalb der Touristenströme. Tolle Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür. Optimale Anbindung durch kostenlose Busbenutzung. Aktivitäten bei denen JEDE Altersgruppe auf ihre Kosten kommt. Ich war mit meiner 19 Jährigen Tochter dort und wir haben uns beide super wohl gefühlt.
