What a Gem!!! You're going to love this upgraded Eat-in-Kitchen with Granite Countertops throughout. The Living/Dining Rm is beautifully decorated. There is a King Bed in the Master & Twin beds in the 2nd Bedroom which can convert to a King. There are walk-in closets in both Bedrooms as well as TV's. The condo is located near the Main Entrance for easy access to the Clubhouse and all the community facilities: Outdoor Patio with Fireplace, Exercise Room and Billiard/Entertainment Room. One of the two Balconies overlook the Main Pool/Spa, Cactus Garden and Mountain Views. Anasazi is centrally located to all of Phoenix: Less than 30 minutes to downtown/airport and less than 10 minutes to Kierland Commons Upscale Shops/Restaurants in N. Scottsdale. In addition, the Paradise Valley Mall, StoneCreek Golf Club and numerous restaurants all within walking distance to the condo.
