Enjoy a relaxing afternoon lounging by the pool, sipping pina coladas and reading your favorite novel. In the evenings watch the sky full of stars and take a midnight dip in the pool.This is a private home surrounded by plants and trees on the foothills of the rain forest. If you prefer a place to relaxed and peaceful getaway for your family or group of friends, then this home may be a great option. This house is in a community(great neighbors) 5 minutes from EL Yunque National Rain Forest on road 191 . Rain Forest and Mountain views are stunning and the trade winds provide constant gentle breezes. You will be surrounded in natural beauty and serenaded by the songs of our beloved coqui frogs. If you are a birdwatcher ,this is the place for you.Luquillo Beach is a short five mile drive and very close to Rio Mar Resort.

  • Cleaning Fee if requested mid week of 100.00
    Security Deposit of 300.00 to hold reservation. Once deposit is received your dates are officially reserved.On the first day of rental the total is due. The depoist will be returned within 10 days of rental if no damage is done to the house or its contents, no linen or household items are missing and if the house has not been smoked in.
    100.00 Non-Refundable Pet Fee
  • Full Deposit returned if f cancel more than 60 days. If l 30 days a 50% of the depoist will be returned. If less than 15 days, 25% of the deposit returned and deposit will be forfeit if you cancel less than 10 days. No credit for shortened days due to late arrival or early departure. No cancellations due to weather.

We will provide as much or as little interaction as you wish...the choice is completely up to you.Wally can take you on a tour, just name the place. A car is necessary to stay at this location and although there are not dining or shopping options within walking distance, these can all be found within 10 to 20 minutes driving time. This location provides easy access to activities and attractions in both the San Juan and Fajardo areas, which are about 35 to 45 minutes driving time. The location is 5 miles above the main town of Rio Grande

Water Sports and Other Activities: Juan can arrange surfing trips, kayaking, and other water sports. He will reserve boat trips or take an evening tour on a kayak in the bioluminence bay. Learn to surf or bodyboard with Juan in Luquillo-La Pared Surf Beach.He will show you the best surf places on the island. Go to the river and have a great splash or go bike along the beach. Reserve a date for a surf lesson with Juan.

Housekeeping: When you arrive the house will be clean and set up with linens. We will also provide bath towels, hand towels dishwashing soap, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry soap and softener. This is a non-smoking house. You are permitted to smoke outdoors. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left on the property. Check in: 4:00 PM Check out: 11:00 AM
