Encantada Resort is a gated community with many resort-style amenities located just 4 miles from the entrance to Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Florida. This lovely 3 bedroom condo has all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, private pool, 3 televisions, 2 DVD players. The 9000 square foot clubhouse offers a fitness center, internet cafe, deli and wine bar, and gameroom. Just behind the cluhouse there is a lake with a catch-and-release fishing pier, 2 large swimming pools, one with a zero-entry for small children, and a great playground. The cluhouse and all of its amenities are just a quick one block walk from the condo. Just outside of the gates of Encantada Resort, you'll find a multitude of activities and restaurants to explore! There's a fantastic grocery store just minutes from the entrance of the resort, world-class golf courses, mini-golf courses, movie theaters, designer shopping outlets, and many family-friendly activities!

Encantada Resort is in a highly coveted area near Walt Disney World. There are a great number of things to do within miles of the Resort. Walt Disney World's 4 theme parks are 4 miles away, Sea World is about 15 minutes away, Downtown Disney is about 10 minutes away, Universal Studios is about 20 minutes away. It is also within a couple hours drive to Tampa, where you'll find Busch Gardens, or many lovely beaches on the Gulf side or the Atlantic side.

We stayed at this townhouse June 2008. The
townhouse and property were very well maintained,
the clubhouse staff were friendly and helpful, and
the drive to Disney was just a short distance. The
owners were easily accessible and very
accommodating. The pictures of the property and
townhouse are exactly as they are in person, and
there are plenty of restaurants and stores just
outside the gates of Encantada. We thoroughly
enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there
again.

Stayed in this Condo. While these photos are beautiful they don't really do this property justice. Can you believe that it is better than these great photos? The Condo is elegant, warm and inviting. And the entire property a delight. The owners are very easy to work with and gracious 'hosts'. They provide that desired 'Midwest' hospitality! All that and close to Disney, Sea World, etc.
