Relax in our stunning,south facing four-bedroom, two-bath villa with its own private, swimming pool which over looks a lake. The interior has been repainted and refurnished to a high standard which includes an air conditioned games room. It is located in the popular Eagle Pointe district of Kissimmee/Orlando, Florida. Ideal for two families to share. The games area is equipped with a Play Station 2 + games, pool table, air Hockey, foosball table.

Pool: The pool is approximately 24-feet long and can be heated, if required. The covered lanai area has an outdoor fan and light, with four deluxe sun loungers and a large table with four chairs.

The villa is maintained by a local, professional team who ensures the villa is immaculate for your arrival. Cleaning, lawn care, pool care, pest control, and maintenance is a very high priority for us and our team make sure this is carried out to highest standards.

My family and I would like to thank Jason for the use of his home. Everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The house has an excellent layout. Everyone could get away and have a little privacy. The pool and outside was great as was the view of the pond behind the home. The home was close to stores and around a 10 min. drive to Universal. Overall I would recommend this property. Jason was a pleasure to do business with. The next time we stay in Florida it would be here. Thanks again!
