Our guests rave that our condo is Amazing - you will really feel Hawaii surrounded by palms and Hawaiian flowers. Just drop your bags and head to the beach - fully stocked with body boards, beach towels, chairs, cooler, beach bags and snorkeling equipment. A beautiful, fully appointed ocean-side Kailua-Kona condo, where you can hear the ocean and feel the breeze. 5 minutes from down town. Extras include; air conditioning, wireless high speed Internet, newly remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer,California king bed, queen futon and double hide-a-bed. Large lanai overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. Lanai has teak table and reclining chairs as well as a ceiling fan for added comfort. Relax in our second floor, corner unit with ceiling fans throughout. The complex has a heated pool and large barbecue area for common use. Enjoy an assigned parking space at the building entrance. Experience Hawaii and the comfort of home. We hope you stay, and return every year!

Close to downtown Kailua-Kona with open air farmers market, shopping, and a variety of restaurants with something for everyone. There are clubs with nightlife for those with energy left after a day of sight seeing, golf or any of the other activities available nearby. The residents of the Big Island say there are 21 climate zones on Earth and the Big Island has 17 of them. There is great diversity in the area surrounding Kona. From the stark lava fields north of the city to the lush tropical rain forest like area south of the city, there are many things to see and do. South of Kona within 10 miles are where farms growing the famous Kona coffee farms start. Many offer tours and free samples as well as fully stocked gift shops. South on Alii drive from the condo are two beaches. Magic Sands Beach with wonderful sand and waves until miraculously the sand is washed away leaving lava rocks, further down a great snorkeling beach called Kahalu'u Beach with sea turtles and sea wall.

There is great golf nearby.: The 2 golf courses of Kona Country Club are about a ten minute drive away. There are many other great golf courses in the area. Waikoloa has 3 beautiful courses about 25 miles north of the Kona airport; Waikoloa Village, Kings and Beach courses. Big Island C.C. has an interesting upcountry course with an island green. Waimea C.C. is another upcountry course, I've haven't played it yet though. Courses not to miss also at Mauna Kea and the Mauna Lani North and South courses.

The Volcano is worth the drive.: Past the southern tip of the island Kilauea volcano at Volcanoes Nat'l park is well worth the trip. It has been actively erupting for years, and can lava can be seen flowing into the ocean for those feeling adventurous. It is a bit of a hike through the lava fields. Beautiful tropical plants growing everywhere wild orchids growing along side the road, it is truly the Hawaii you pictured in your mind when you first heard the word Hawaii.
