The Tampa Bay area is home to baseball spring training teams, including the New York Yankees, the Philadelphia Phillies, Toronto Blue Jays and the Tampa Rays. These teams and others play during the spring in the Grapefruit League at various stadiums throughout the area. Tickets are usually readily available.
A festival on Pier 60 is held every Thursday-Monday evenings to celebrate the sunset! You can watch jugglers, magicians, musicians. View (and buy) gifts from artists and crafts people.
There is a Publix Grocery Store that serves Clearwater Beach. It is located just before crossing the Causeway (a left turn at the only light before going east on the Causeway). It is about a 3 minute drive from the condo.
A regularly scheduled trolley serves Clearwater Beach, Sand Key and downtown Clearwater.
A casino cruise leaves Clearwater Beach twice daily.
