Our holiday home is located on a quiet southern slope, just above the Lechstausee lake at the edge of Lechbruck am See. There is a large playground here for children. An indoor pool, a 33 C outdoor pool, a sauna as well as tennis and squash courts are 100 m away. Hiking, cycling and cross-country skiing can all be undertaken directly from the house.

Located nearby are approx. 25 km of prepared ski trails, cleared hiking trails, toboggan runs, horse drawn sleigh rides, curling, skating rink and a disco. The Telberg ski resort (approx 14 km of slopes) with a cable railway and a number of lifts is nearby.
