The apartment is at walking distance from main activities in Miraflores: supermarket is 3 block away, Parque Kennedy and Larco av. 3 blocks away, 10 minutes walk to the sea front and Larco Mar. Restaurants and sport facilities are nearby. It has 1 living room, 3 bedrooms. The apartment is completely furnished and Smoker Free. 24 hours security. Public transportation to all Lima at the door step. Great Price, Decent location and good amenities

I stayed here with 4 other people, my girlfriend, and her cousin's wife and 17 year-old son. I found the place to be spacious enough for 5 people, and the bed was very comfortable. The females in the group felt the place could use a woman's touch. We arrived to no toilet paper (not uncommon in Peru!) and too few towels. However, the owner did supply these items later that day. Although the building is right on a busy avenue the traffic noise was not a problem. Returning to the apartment by taxi was easy once we told the cabbies the place was in San Isidro instead of Miraflores. We also used the Chilean Embassy as a landmark while talking to the cab drivers. Overall, I liked the place.
