This gorgeous 3 acre property is just north of Brainerd on the east side of North Long Lake. It is a 6000 acre lake that is well known for its amazing swimming (great sandbars) and fishing! Its just a short drive or walk from downtown Brainerd, scenic golf courses, great ice fishing (ice house use included), snowmobile trails, hiking trails, and many other wonderful lakes/lake communities. The cabin sleeps eight with four bedroms and two bathrooms (updated pics and video soon, which will include the finished basement and new furniture). It has linen provided, washing machine/dryer, heat, AC, cable, internet, onsite pontoon for rent, and stunning views. You will see deer and plenty of wildlife! We do not allow smoking or pets inside the cabin. The rate is $175/night. If you reserve the cabin for under a week we may change/cancel your reservations with a full refund of your security deposit and at least a 60 day notice. The cabin is on North Long Lake just outside of Brainerd. Merrfield is 2.5 miles north of the property and has a public boat launch. Crosslake, Breezy Point, Pequot Lakes, and Brainerd are within minutes. The Paul Bunyan trail is within walking distance as well as many other snowmobile trails. The ice fishing is fantastic on North Long Lake and a fish house is provided!! We had a great time at this fantastic location! We visited during the month of March so most of the other cabins in the area were vacant. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The view from every room was fantastic - we saw deer at all hours of the day just roaming the property. It was really a great place to 'get away from it all'. And yet only a few miles from Brainerd. Furnishings were a little sparse but it didn't really matter as we were outside most of the time anyway - We would definitely rent this place again.
