The renter will be held responsible for any damages to the property during the rented period. The renting guest is not to give any type of parties during the rented period and will be responsible for any broken items during the rental of the property. There is no early or late arrival fees. Guess can ocupied the property after 12:00 PM and will leave no later than 5:00 PM, unless prior arrangements have been made with the owner. The Guest will have to take the necessary cautions in the property to avoid any accidents, and it is recommend they take the thrash out every day.
