Newly Renovated in 2008! Condo is Peaceful & Tranquil, yet close to everything! Location: Treasure Island Public Beach is located between Clearwater Beach & St. Petersburg Beach. It is a gorgeous beach with white, fine sand! The condo is only a 5 minute walk (0.3 miles) to Gulf of Mexico & Treasure Island Beach!! Great place for Biking, Walking, Jogging! There is a private condo dock that is great to Fish, Swim, & Sunbathe. If you have a boat and want a boat slip, we can work something out. There is also a Marina, which is a 2 minute boat ride or 5 minute walk from the condo. You can rent boats, jet skis, bikes, & Kayaks!
