Luxurious 3 bed 2 bath townhome on the renowned Troon North Monument golf course with spectacular views of the course and the desert. Nice open living room and kitchen area. The living room invites you with a sofa, big screen TV and a fireplace. Enjoy the incredible views of the large Saguaro cactus and the greens of the Troon Monument Golf Course from the balcony. The two main bedrooms are split. The master provides a King bed. In the master bath there is a large walk-in shower, his and hers sinks and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, walk in closet and is adjacent to the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo. In the den/loft area you will find a sofa that folds out into a double bed, a desk and wireless Hi-Speed Internet Connection. Enjoy a quick 3 minute walk to the community pool and hot tub. Home is within walking distance to the Troon Club House were one can enjoy a quick bite to eat or happy hour at the bar.

The community is situated adjacent to a 185-acre mountain preserve. Multi-use trails climb onto boulder-strewn ridges high above the desert floor and meander past ancient saguaros, ironwoods and mesquites. The higher elevations bring not only cooler summer temperatures and cleaner air, but also scenic panoramas and outstanding views of the city lights below. The four-acre Troon North community park features tennis, basketball, barbecues, ramadas, a tot lot and a turfed play area for other outdoor activities. In addition, a 30-acre municipal park will be developed by the City of Scottsdale which will include soccer and softball fields, as well as tennis, volleyball and basketball courts.

Beautiful Troon North Condo

This condo on the Troon North Monument course provides great views in all directions. We loved waking up and looking out at the 9th hole and Pinnacle Peak from the master bedroom and patio. Furniture in unit is brand new and decorating is very tasteful. The property was spotless and obviously well maintained. All the comforts of home are provided, just bring yourself and your clothing. Our teenage children really liked the big screen TV in the great room. High speed internet access was also a big plus. Close to all North Scottsdale activities. We enjoyed the nearby mountain and rock climbing. Check out AJ's Market for great take out dinners. We plan rent this property again on our next visit!
