The property is located in a very serene condominium complex. Gated community for your safety right next to summitt mall the new outdoor shopping mall with exquisite eating establishments. Park is 2 blocks away. walking distance to grocery store bank food establishments.

Mountain Biking 10 minutes away as well as snowmobile ,cross country skiing, hiking, down hill skiing and snowboarding just up the road at Mt Rose Ski Resort.

Down town is minutes away casinos 5 to 10 minutes. Next to complex is a Raleys market Bullys sports bar, Plates studio Yoga studio, Bagel eatery, MacDonalds, Taco Bell , Smoking Bar and Lounge. Wells fargo Bank and Shell gas station as well as a Starbucks all just a walk next door.

Great place to stay

The condo was great- very clean and well layed out for two couples and a child. We cooked almost all our meals there and the kitchen was very well set up. The condo is a nice size, plenty of room for a young child to play on the floor.

Very quiet - right around the corner from a grocery store/starbucks/gas station- perfect!!!

The map was super- condo was really easy to find!

Four of our family stayed at this condo for a family reunion. It was immaculately clean and well appointed. The condo and the location were exactly as described. Vickie is outstanding on communication follow-through. We were very comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Reno. I would definitely book this condo again for a future visit.

The Condo was very clean and close to just about everything . Vickie was great to deal with and was very concerned with our comfort. The book on the local resturants and info about local shopping in stores as well as attractions was very helpful in planning out activities. We were there for Hot August Nights and found it to be close enough but yet far away enough for everything. We'll be back again.

My mother and I truly enjoyed our week in the condo. It is a very nice place and everything was ready for our visit. We were very comfortable, everything was clean and neat and we appreciated the great location and easy access to all of our activities. For the time spent in the condo after sightseeing, shopping, etc., you might want to consider adding another TV for guests who like to watch TV in bed. Thanks for everything!!

Vickie was incredibly gracious, friendly and sincerely accomodating. The home was well appointed and comfortable. We loved the open layout! The home was impeccably clean and well organized. While the condo unit was a little difficult to find within the condo community, once we found it, we settled in and felt right at home.
