Beach front, with miles of open beach in both directions. Private pier with dock on inland side of property, Great for swimming or boating. Sunrises and sun sets with this house as all sides are open to the sea or beautiful salt marsh. Cape Cod Canal and sandwich marina are close by, as well as Historic down town sandwich. Great shopping is a ride down route 6 A. Local restaurants to suit every style, formal to flip flops. Lots of fun stuff to do with friends and family .
