    Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival date for return of deposit. Holiday season cancellations- Easter/ Thanksgiving/ Christmas) must be made 60 days prior for return of deposit. Cancellations made within the 60-day period results in forfeiture of full booking amount. There will be a $100 administrative processing fee on all cancellations. Trip cancellation insurance is recommended.
