Still available Feb 2009 due to cancellation! Completely renovated 3BR/2 BA home just a 7 minute/2.5 mile drive to world class Deerfield Beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Queen-size bed in master bedroom. Wake up to palm trees and lush tropical plants outside your window, with a mango tree in your yard. Owned by the original family since 1961. Kitchen has lots of counter space in rich granite Venetian granite, marble backsplash, new appliances and cabinets with lots of storage space. Large dining table has seating for 4 but easily accommodates 6. Porcelain tile throughout designed to look like marble. We have new air conditioning, crown molding throughout and a beautiful new barrel-tile roof.1100 SF (not including garage) feels spacious with lots of light due to open floorplan and large new windows (slightly tinted to prevent outside glare). New 50' Panasonic Plasma TV
