Our holiday apartment is located on 'Cable Beach', 10 minutes drive from the airport or downtown. The complex is on the sea side with a private beach and swimmingpool. Our Apt. is on the groundfloor with a beautiful view in a tropical garden. It disposes of 2 bedrooms, one King and one Queen, livingroom, kitchen, bath with shower, patio, SateliteTV, Phone/fax, Stereo/CD and AC. Internet can be connected. There will be an extra charge, depending on the speed. .

We have spent two lovely holidays at the apartment. I used to live and work on the island and did not want to stay in a place with too many tourists. The property is clean and efficient and just like a 'home from home'. The manager of the property is on hand to advise if anything needs fixing or if you have any questions. The apartments are generally owned by local people and it is safe and secure with a gate which is coded. The beach is lovely and you are very close to all amenities. There is a car parking space if you need to hire a car, although you can get regular buses into town. The place is quiet and relaxing. If you want a peaceful, active way to explore the island of Nassau this is the place to stay.

What you see....is what you get.

Very nice little place, very nice location, very well priced. Central enough to be anywhere you want in no time - by bus or taxi - but far enough away from downtown Nassau- and the road - to allow you to escape from it all. Almost everything you would want to buy for your stay is within walking distance, as well as lots to see and do..and eat.

The apt is very well kept, the furniture is in great shape, the beds were excellent - it has everything you would want
and things you didn't know you needed.

This is a resident complex, well kept and all the people we met were very nice, friendly and helpful. The patch of beach was perfect and the pool was great when it was a bit windy or you needed to hide from too much sun.

Not enough can be said about 'manager' Robert...just did the right amount of everything at the right time to make it a perfect stay. Even warned us about the 'cold front ' where it dipped down to 17C that nite. Coming from the frozen North ( -17C ) - there was something special about watching Hockey Nite in Canada while drinking Robert's rum with the wind blowing through the coconut trees out front .

Our only complaint - should have stayed for the month.


Thanks for the excellent time - hope we get to stay there again next year.

This apartment is ideally located for the holiday maker. It is on the day time bus route for Downtown Nassau and is close to large hotels and casinos on Cable Beach, there is a well stocked supermarket close by also an Italian restaurant and a takeaway are within walking distance. The accommodation is clean and well equipped, there is ia communal laundry, the small private beach and gardens are pretty and quiet. The owners have a helpful and friendly manager resident nearby if you encounter any problems.

Mit dem Vermieter einen sehr guten Kontakt gehabt und ich wurde von ihm umfangreich und genau informiert.

Diese Feienwohnung lässt keine Wünsche übrig!
Auch wenn man sich im Paradies weit weg von zu Hause befindet, gibt das Ambiente der Wohnung immer das Gefühl eines vollkommen zu Hauses.

Die Anlage, in der die Ferienwohnung liegt, selbst ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und bietet ein absolutes Gefühl von Sicherheit.

Bei etwaig auftretenden Problemen wird man fachkundig vor Ort betreut.

Sehr zu empfehlen!
