Accurate description. Very well equipped, decorated, and detailed. Owner is very hospitable and considerate. Close to everything (walking distance), beach is about a 30 min walk though, very quick by car. Condo is in the heart of West Palm Beach, Palm beach is about a 15 min walk across the bridge. Very good facilities (pool, hot tub, gym).
Highly recommended.

So much thought went into making our stay comfortable and convenient at this condo, from the plush bathroom towels and the lovely smelling hand soap in the bathroom, to the bleach and detergent in the laundry closet.
The decor was inviting and elegant. Convenient location. Walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping mall (no car necessary!) I would stay here again and I highly recommend this condo and all its amenities.

My husband and I vacationed in this condo with another couple and had a fantastic time. The description and pictures are completely accurate - the furniture, design and layout are modern and tasteful and the kitchen is fully equipped. We easily walked to different bars, restaurants and shopping in and around City Place. It's also just minutes to the beach. We would highly recommend this vacation rental to friends or anyone interested in vacationing in the area.
