Villa Valencia has only recently been upgraded and is new to the rental market August 2008. The villa is located inside Terra-Verde Resort. It is the perfect choice for your idyllic Florida Family Holiday. Villa Valencia is hard to beat in terms of elegance, comfort, privacy and very importantly, value for money. From the planning stage over four years ago, the Terra Verde Resort was designed with holidaymakers in mind. We believe our home is simply the best 6 bedroom luxury villa available on this amazing resort community! The villa has a south facing pool area which you should look for when renting a villa, this means you will have sun from 11am till 7pm. and no over looking villas. and of course the villa has FREE WIRELESS INTERNET.and pc/printer blu-ray DVD player. Ipod players in master rooms and living room. From September 2009 there will be installed an outdoor kitchen BBQ and all bedrooms will have there own TVS.

Location, Location, Location…! Terra Verde Resort is less than 10 minutes from Disney and very close to all the other attractions central Florida and the Orlando area have to offer. 3 mins to drive to Walmart 24hrs and also only 5 minutes from the restaurants and fast food outlets along bustling US 192. Orlando International Airport is an easy 25 mins drive away. However, if you prefer Sanford Airport Orlando, then just an hours drive is all you need. Villa Valencia has an easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World and many Championship Golf Courses. We are centrally located between the Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf Coast Beaches and Cape Canaveral, making all close enough for an enjoyable day trip. Turn off in between Medieval Times castle and Walmart on the US 192 between mile markers 14 and 15. Then follow the road for about a mile to the traffic lights, then turn left onto Poincana Blvd. and about 0.5 miles you will see Terra Verde Resort on the left hand side.

This home is immaculate to the tee. With all the necessities a family needs, I highly recommend this home. The owner and management team are wonderful; answered questions in a timely manner and truly helpful in every way. The home was well equipped, organized, spacious and comfortable for families with/without kids/teens. I will definitely return to this home....it is home away from home.

Annual Golf Trip

This was my fourth annual golf trip to the Kissimmee Area. I travel with 6 other golfers, each year we rent a house for our accommodations. We play several different courses in the area, excellent courses for under $60 per round. Courses played this year were: Remington, Kissimmee Bay CC, Ridgewood Lakes, Legends in Clermont and Deer Run in Casselberry. Favorite restaurants include Manny’s Original Chophouse in Haines City and Raglan Road in Downtown Disney.

Owners were very accommodating, answered all my questions timely prior to selecting a villa. Others contacted either did not respond at all or responded without answering my questions.

I called the management service a few times during our stay, very receptive and caring over the phone. They obviously do a great job cleaning the villa, spotless when we moved in.

This is the first year no one from my group complained about the accommodations. The villa and furnishing were in like new condition. Previous years we actually purchased towels and linen due to the accommodations were below our expectations. Based on the cleanliness and layout of the home we found our selves cooking in more this year than prior years. We took advantage the pool, hot tub, deck and loft area. Our stay was very relaxing.

I would highly recommend this villa to anyone searching for a very clean new condition home with all the amenities.
