Ski:
Our pleasant holiday apartments are just right for many winter sports: Alpine ski in Berchtesgaden Land (Ski lifts approx. 20 km). Other ski slopes: Lofer (Austria, 35 min., no vignette necessary), Flachau (45 Min.), also Langlauf: Anger (length 3 km), Bischofswiesen (24 km), Berchtesgaden (50 km). Rowing, ice hockey and ice-skating on Höglwörther Lake. Best of all are winter walks in the snowy landscape, far away from tourists .
Golf:
Berchtesgaden Land golf club: 18-hole-championship course. On a 100 hectare site in gently rolling hills near the south Bavarian village of Weng. It is a wonderful, tranquil district of natural springs, undisturbed meadows and forests and with the splendid mountain scenery of the Bavarian and Austrian Alps. This championship golf course (72 par) caters for all aspects and levels of the game. The unusual design includes some distinctive features like a 3 par island green, a 548 m steep 5 par with water finish, a well-supervised double green for the 9th and 18th holes. There’s a fairway right in front of the club house. Since re-evaluation, the course holds the following slope and course rating: yellow 126/71.2; white 129/73.7; red 123/73.2; black 135/77.3.
