Relax and recharge in this modern, spacious home located in the award-winning HideOut community. Your large or small group will feel perfectly at home. There is plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing or gather together in the expansive first floor. A separate TV and Rec room in the downstairs is theperfect for your teenagers or kids to watch a movie or play games while the adults relax upstairs. The loft overlooking the living area has a beautiful pool table and dart board. The screened in porch adjoins the deck and steps to the backyard where deer and rabbits roam. Large tables and multiple seating areas are ready for card games, board games, big dinners or casual gatherings. The deck features a large gas grill (propane provided) so you can cook for the whole gang. If you don't feel like cooking, explore the many restaurants and fine take-out that are both on-site and close by.

Winter Activities: On-site ski slope and snow tubing--both very reasonably priced-perfect for kids. Within a short drive you will find more challenging ski areas such as Montage (aka Sno Mtn), Elk Mountain, Camelback, Big Boulder & Jack Frost. Cross-country and sledding also on-site. Free Ice skating pond across from ski hill, bring your own skates. Snowmobiling, horseback riding and horsedrawn sleigh rides are sure to delight the non-skiers in your group. For you indoor types, there is plenty of shopping and of course the Pocono Mountain Casinos.

Summer Activities: Numerouse lakes, boating, fishing, swimming, golfing, playgrounds, hiking--so much to do and so little time. Travel to nearby Bushkill Falls, the wild Animal Park or try your luck at the Casinos. Horseback Riding, Outlet shopping, hiking, canoeing, boating, waterparks--the only limit is your imagination Power boat lake, two sand beaches, two heated pools and 10 guest/amenity passes for everyone's entertainment. Year-Round: Indoor/Outdoor Tennis, physical fitness center, craft center, wood craft building, playgrounds, basketball, baseball, miniature golf. State game lands, bowling, and paintball just minutes away. The HideOut lives up to its name with many private picnic areas and hidden spots to relax, 250 acres of pristine woodland to explore. Pool table and dart boad in loft. Pool table also converts to ping-pong.

Ski: On-Site Skiing and sno-tubing and very reasonably priced. Sno Mtn(Montage) Elk Mtn, Camelback just 30 minutes or less.

Golf: On-Site Private 9 Hole Golf Course

Want to get away ? Want to go hide somewhere quiet and peaceful ? They don't call this private community " The Hideout " for nothing. What a great place to go relax and enjoy the wonderful Pocono region of Pennsylvania, and all it's hidden treasures. You are close to all the Pocono's has to offer, yet in a private gated community that offers privacy and peaceful seclusion. Sit on the enclosed back deck and watch Deer and Turkeys walk by just feet away. Stroll along the nature trails, visit the mini lakeside parks ( did I mention the over 200 acre lake there ), go fishing in the lake, enjoy tons of outside sporting fields and courts, and some inside. The house itself is well appointed, comfortable furniture, a fireplace for you Romantics, or to warm cold toes, and a canoe to use on the lakes ( there is a smaller 30 acre lake there too ). Games aplenty in the house, dozens of movies, 4 VCR/DVD players, 5 TV's, and a card table for the gamblers to challenge each other. We slept in late far too often, but as we wanted to relax and vegetate, it was heaven !!!!! The owners were SO easy to deal with, super friendly, and easy to get in touch with. We were there in March, and went snow tubing on the tube run in the Hideout, 8 bucks for 2 hours, and a lift to get you to the top. Back to the house for hot chocolate, and steaks on the grill for dinner, YUM !! Mostly we watched old movies, snacked a lot, napped, and RELAXED,RELAXED, RELAXED !!! We'll go again in the summer to try the lakes, probably this July, but we'll let you know !!!!
