Located at Silver Strand Beach. We are on the South side of Channel Island Harbor. This beach is best known for its surf and the place where all the actors bought homes in the 1960. There is a farmers market at the harbor every weekend. There is always something going on at the harbor, tall ships, music, great restaurants, there is something for everyone. Silver Strand is almost a privet beach so don't worry about finding a nice spot on the beach.

Two Minute Walk to the Beach !!!

This place had EVERYTHING! Each bedroom has a satellite flat screen TV, living room too with a great stereo/IPod system. The jacuzzi is great after a day at the beach or sightseeing on beach cruisers. The kitchen has everything you will need and the bidet is quite an experience! There isn't anything missing, even a washer/dryer. The beach is beautiful and very clean. Even on a summer weekend the beach wasn't crowded at all. I'd take this beach over any OC beach. The place is GREAT, can't say enough.

I stayed here for a week with my partner and two friends. It is literally within 1 minutes walk of a lovely beach where you will often see dolphins and seals swimming just offshore. The amenities are fantastic, with a new kitchen, fantastic jaccuzzi and new bathroom with heated toilet seat! Plently of room for everyone, and could even have someone sleep on the couch if need be as it is very big. Was given full use of the surfboards, two cruiser style bikes to get around and even a body board to play around with! All in all, it was a great week in the house - all our needs were catered for and I would go back and stay again in a minute!

Fantastic week in Oxnard

From 13.-20. July 2009 my wife(34), son(16) and me(46) enjoyed this perfectly equipped beach-house in Oxnard.
The location is only a few steps away from the great beach. We could hear the sound of the waves from the patio every evening. We felt like we're at home all the time and missed absolutely nothing. If fact this fine house is better equipped, then our home! It's all there in this beautiful beach-house and it is perfectly managed by Chase and his team.

Many thanks also to Mandy&Carmen, who are very nice neighbours, they helped us not only with many useful infos.

At the end it was really hard for us to leave this little paradise.
We had a great time and can highly recommend this beach-house for every kind of vacations, it's really Fun Fun Fun !

Was sad to leave

Had a great time on my recent 5 day stay here. My biggest concern on past rentals is that the place be clean. Well, this place was extremely clean and the neighbors/helpers were very friendly. The area was great, my early teenage boy could go off riding with a friend on the available beach crusiers and I had no worries. This place had everything you could ask for. We will be back next year! Maybe even earlier!

Charming Oxnard Beach House

This place has it all! Amenities include flat screen TV, Stereo, DVD, Surround Sound, beautiful kitchen with granite counters, jacuzzi, washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a luxurious queen size bed, TV and AC. The patio is perfect for socializing, grilling and getting to know the friendly neighbors. The beach is a a short block away. Bring your bikes, surf boards and have a fabulous time.
